Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a customer facing, B2B role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Can travel up to 25% for in-person customer engagements and internal meetings
- Intellectual curiosity to continually learn about customers and their industry
- Ability to run discovery discussions in the AEC industry
