• Oversee the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, documentation and support of high quality, reliable applications
• Collaborate with the business to identify new business requirements and lead the technology team to deliver those requirements
• Partner with other application development teams to provide front to back solutions
• Oversight responsibility for related Technologies teams in Enterprise Consulting
• Lead and manage a team of Developers, QA & Automation Developer
• Create and maintain staffing plan to support current and future work demands and project deliverables
• Oversee strategic roadmap with Global Delivery Hub to ensure successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
• Build business plans in collaboration with senior management to align customer and Autodesk objectives
• Ensure the team delivers services to customers
• Enable team to establish and maintain collaboration with wider Enterprise Customer Success
• Maintain technical expertise and keep abreast of technology industry trends
• Proactively engage with customers and Autodesk stakeholders to stay on top of project requirements
• Identify potential new product solutions
• Make or help with buy versus build decisions
• Manage and monitor team’s performance to ensure successful project completion
• Identify, anticipate, and tackle technical issues and remove blockers to ensure delivery of project
