About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven products in the water industry
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for product differentiation within the water industry
- Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand their pain points and requirements
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate advanced AI algorithms and technologies into our water industry portfolio
- Assess the financial viability and potential ROI of new product initiatives
- Lead the product development process, defining clear product specifications, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to monitor the performance of AI products post-launch
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in SaaS product management roles
- Experience managing commercially available AI-solution preferred
- Pragmatic, SVPG or other high-quality product management training preferred
- Strong business acumen, including experience in pricing, financial analysis, market research, and product strategy development
- In-depth knowledge of water industry processes, technologies and practices as well as challenges facing the industry
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and practices
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
