About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer global equity compensation programs (e.g., stock options, RSUs, ESPP) from grant to vesting, exercise, and settlement
- Perform monthly/quarterly audits and reconciliations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with global regulatory, tax, and securities requirements
- Support global employee communications and education regarding equity programs
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external vendors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Tax, and Treasury, as well as external service providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years stock administration experience in a US-based global public company
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Workday and Equity Edge Online preferred
- Familiarity with payroll processes impacting stock administration
- Ability to work independently, self-starter and results-oriented
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
