About the role
- Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance leads using established procedures.
- Utilize telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance.
- Communicate licensing issues, send warning letters, escalate cases.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and share insights.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in compliance, auditing, revenue protection, customer success, or similar roles.
- Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations.
- Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts.
- Ability to manage caseloads independently.
- Foundational negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics (preferred).
- Background in software licensing or IP protection (preferred).
- Exposure to SaaS or subscription business models (preferred).
- Experience drafting compliance communications (preferred).
