About the role
- Assess customer health and renewal risk using digital tools
- Support customers during onboarding and product changes
- Provide guidance that aligns with customer workflows
- Support customer in maximizing value from Autodesk solutions
- Recognize friction points in usage and recommend next steps
- Document customer engagement, actions, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive guidance
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- AEC software knowledge and/or relevant AEC industry experience
- Two to four years in Adoption, Renewals, Inside Sales, Technical Support or similar customer-facing roles
- Passion for technology with strong technical aptitude
- Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio
- Ability to handle escalated customer situations
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
