Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • AEC software knowledge and/or relevant AEC industry experience
  • Two to four years in Adoption, Renewals, Inside Sales, Technical Support or similar customer-facing roles
  • Passion for technology with strong technical aptitude
  • Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio
  • Ability to handle escalated customer situations
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills
