About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross functional collaboration programs
- Build comprehensive project/program plans
- Identify interdependencies and constraints to shape strategic solutions
- Provide insights on trends, risks, and best practices in collaboration technologies
- Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and governance models
- Communicate persuasively with stakeholders across engineering, operations, security, and leadership
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of technical project or program leadership
- Expertise in collaboration platforms and enterprise communication technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and change management skills
