About the role

  • Partner with product management, experience design, software architects, leadership, and other stakeholders to shape and evolve the product vision and strategy for the Autodesk Libraries Platform
  • Advocate for the needs of both developers and end users, ensuring their feedback informs platform improvements
  • Write and refine epics and user stories and identify acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure clear goals for delivery
  • Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear
  • Prioritize the backlog based on value, risk, effort, and other considerations
  • Define the scope of releases to ensure incremental delivery of platform value over time
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to guide scrum team delivery and adapt plans as needed
  • Review deliverables of the sprints and provide feedback to the scrum teams
  • Communicate status and deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback for the engineering team

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Owner or Project/Product Manager in an agile environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Agile practices and frameworks
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical understanding of product development
  • Customer-focused, able to translate needs into requirements
  • Skilled in backlog management, release planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in an engineering field
  • Experience in platform projects or solutions
  • Experience in using Jira, Confluence and Slack
  • Real-world experience with Autodesk software, preferably Fusion 360.
