About the role

  • Lead a growing, distributed development team of 4 engineers across Germany
  • Coach and grow individual team members
  • Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and software architects

Requirements

  • B S, MS, or PhD in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 4 + years of experience managing product engineering teams
  • 10 + years of hands-on software development experience in cloud services and applications
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring engineers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
