About the role
- Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions
- Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess customer needs, pain points and desired outcomes
- Deliver digital content via webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
- Develop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer difficulties
- Design, build, and maintain the packaged service catalogue to increase customer success and new product adoption
Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Any additional European language skills (e.g. German /French/ Spanish) is highly desirable
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Vault, Inventor and Fusion in a production environment
- 5 – 6 years Design & Manufacturing or related field experience, including knowledge of industry needs and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design & Manufacturing
- Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy external public speaking and delivering presentations
- Additional knowledge of Autodesk Products, or other similar software, is beneficial
