About the role

  • Execute the Education team's digital marketing strategy for Flow Studio to drive rapid growth in adoption by new students/educators and monthly active users.
  • Develop and implement full-funnel digital strategies across web, email, in-product messaging, social, influencer partnerships, and paid channels, leveraging insights from SEO, AI-driven optimization (AIO), and social listening.
  • Manage educational web pages to optimize the customer journey for self-service adoption and ongoing usage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional Autodesk teams, including technical marketing, SEO, industry marketing, product, brand, social, and GTM programs.
  • Align plans with key program milestones and incorporate feedback loops from student ambassador focus groups.
  • Lead an organic social strategy that resonates with student creators/animators/VFX artists/game designers, leveraging trends, short-form video, and user-generated content.
  • Create and distribute world-class digital content (blogs, social posts, short-form video, emails, web pages, tutorials) that drives Flow Studio brand awareness and MAU goals.
  • Manage agencies to develop best-in-class digital and social content, and run paid media tests across search, social, and display.
  • Implement experimentation frameworks to quickly identify the best-performing formats, channels, and content types.
  • Leverage performance dashboards and reports to track leading and lagging indicators and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance/consumer marketing.
  • Proven success increasing product adoption and monthly active users through multichannel digital acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise in organic social growth, content development, SEO, AIO, paid media, email/web automation, and CRM tools.
  • Experience using platforms popular with student and creator communities (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit) to build awareness and accelerate digital adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and internal partners to deliver high-quality results at speed.
  • Proficiency with AI marketing tools (prompting, content generation, segmentation, keyword modeling, automation) and ability to demonstrate value/ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using dashboards to optimize performance against key metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, balancing experimentation, urgency, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience using Airtable, Canva, Contentful, and Pendo is a plus.
