About the role
- Drive the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for Autodesk for industrialized construction.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, providing expert advice on positioning and messaging.
- Define and own the go-to-market strategy for all products and services.
- Create and manage the annual marketing budget, tracking and analyzing ROI on all marketing campaigns.
- Lead the development of all branding and corporate identity initiatives for Industrialized Construction.
- Build and strengthen brand awareness through various marketing channels.
- Define and direct the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Manage IC web assets and social media presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a senior B2B marketing role, preferably within the AEC industry.
- Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the AEC market and a deep understanding of the industry's sales cycle, trends, and key players.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to optimize campaign performance and track ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
