Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B and B2C event strategy and production experience at scale; experience with product/user conferences a plus
- Proactive, loves designing experiences and cares deeply about our Company and brand
- Strong business insight and the ability to see the business impact beyond the details of planning
- Comfortable knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop strong relationships and communicate at all levels
- A track record of recruiting and retaining talent and an eye for innovative production
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations without having all details finalized
- Experience pushing the barriers of creating hybrid events that engages in-person and virtually
- Strong people leadership to continue to grow talent, empower teams and organize employees around strengths and growth opportunities
- Proven leadership in supervising and leading multiple work streams concurrently with operational rigor around timelines, key deliverables and budget
