About the role
- Work with Autodesk Consulting Project Managers on financial tracking of consulting projects
- Provide updates on project status, escalations, and revenue recognition against forecast
- Help support ad hoc projects
- Meet monthly with assigned Project Managers to review projects and forecasts
- Manage Project Setups and Updates through PSA and SAP Accounting system
- Maintain accurate consulting project records
- Review revenue and reconcile against forecast
- Provide consistent updates to the Project Accounting team concerning revenue, risks, or agreements
- Assist in preparation and validation of quarterly disclosures
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working within finance
- SAP S/4 and Business Objects experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Prior experience in a high-tech organization with global reach preferred
- Attention to detail, accuracy, resourceful, analytical, and follow-through skills
- Ability to complete projects/reports within established deadlines
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
