About the role

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery for your team across web experience, platforms, and experimentation frameworks
  • Translate business and product objectives into clear technical plans, milestones, and execution strategy
  • Lead execution on a modern stack including Next.js, React, TypeScript, a headless CMS, experimentation, and analytics
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers across all experience levels

Requirements

  • More than 8 years of experience in software engineering
  • Excellent understanding of modern web architectures (React, Next.js, APIs, headless CMS)
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working in ambiguous situations
