About the role
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AWS Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, supporting both enterprise and customer systems
- Manage and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS, and CyberArk platforms
- Implement and uphold identity governance best practices for enterprise identities and service accounts
- Oversee Privileged Account Management (PAM) and Access Management for critical systems
- Maintain and enhance Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions, with a focus on evolving towards password less authentication
- Lead initiatives related to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and service account governance
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support for daily operations
- Manage and oversee deliverables and day-to-day tasks for the junior engineering team
- Participate in the on-call rotation to respond to incidents as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Security Engineering, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 3+ years of experience leading a team, including managing and mentoring security engineers
- Expertise in AWS Security, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Entra ID (Azure AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management solutions
- Hands-on experience with service account management, RBAC, SSO, and MFA solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
