About the role
- Partner with senior marketing leaders to define and evolve strategic priorities across the organization
- Lead and support strategic planning cycles, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and transformation initiatives
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Develop clear, compelling presentations and strategic narratives for executive audiences
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and action
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and business operations to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing investments and impact
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning
- Strong generalist skill set with experience in problem-solving, analysis, and executive communication
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead strategic discussions
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, OKRs)
- Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement
