About the role

  • Concept and create visual identity systems for campaigns and platforms
  • Lead art direction for photoshoots and innovate new ways to engage customers through compelling campaigns
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to bring stories and concepts to life across all channels (email, web, social, digital)
  • Create original creative campaigns overseeing projects from conception to execution
  • Assist with copywriting support across email, social and Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Support the Sales team with concepting pop-up and trade show booth buildouts
  • Organize centralized file and photo sharing platform
  • Build and maintain a network of talented photographers and videographers
  • Organize and direct architectural, lifestyle, food and beverage and retail photoshoots
  • Manage internal graphic designers and freelancers ensuring work aligns with brief and brand
  • Report to the Chief Marketing Officer

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working at a design-obsessed consumer brand, creative/branding agency, or as an independent designer
  • previous experience as an Art Director
  • Expert in Adobe CC (specifically Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop)
  • Strong typography, visual, and experience design sensibilities
  • High standard of creative and attention to detail on all delivery output
  • Comfort collaborating directly with a variety of internal and external teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills; Ability to present ideas and feedback clearly, thoughtfully, and confidently
  • Able to work independently and follow projects through to completion
  • Able and willing to travel as needed for meetings, installs, and projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
