About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and expand B2B customer relationships
- Ensure revenue growth
- Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key B2B clients
- Work with an attractive dealer portfolio consisting of cold and warm leads
- Continuously develop and optimize B2B sales structures
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor customer performance and sales forecasts
- Provide solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in telesales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Hands-on, operational working style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry
- Confident, professional support for German-speaking (prospective) customers
