About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key B2B customers, focusing on the sale of used cars
You work with an attractive dealer portfolio made up of cold and warm leads
You continuously drive the improvement of B2B sales structures
You analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
You monitor customer performance, sales forecasts and key metrics and report on them
You are a problem solver and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in telesales
You have consistently exceeded your sales targets
You are an excellent negotiator
Operational work is combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are familiar with CRM software and project management tools
Ideally, you already work in the automotive industry
You can competently and confidently support our German-speaking customers
