About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be a team player within the sales team.
- Establish new business relationships via telephone.
- Persuade sales partners with tailored product solutions.
- Actively shape the sales process and benefit from coaching.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in telesales or door-to-door sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in active listening.
- High self-motivation.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Very good command of German, both spoken and written.
