About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the first point of contact and guide customers from the completed order through to vehicle handover
Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure the smooth delivery of our vehicles
Maintain an overview of pending tasks at all times and help set priorities together with the team
Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — using our unique glass truck and delivering directly to their doorstep!

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some experience in dialogue marketing / call center or in private customer service
You enjoy customer contact and have a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
You bring a positive attitude and strong commitment to achieving the goals you set
Fluent German (spoken and written) — English skills are an advantage; confident user of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
