Compliance Manager
AUTO1 GroupCompliance Manager supporting the compliance department at AUTO1 Group. Assisting with regulatory requirements in areas like data protection and AML with a global team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation and development of compliance policies and standards, including the expansion of the AUTO1 Compliance Management System
- Assist in preparing comprehensive compliance risk analyses for management
- Act as a point of contact for all compliance-related day-to-day questions (compliance advisory)
- Advise the management team and other business units on all compliance-related matters and contribute to a variety of projects
- Support monitoring and the implementation of group-wide standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business administration or law, or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in compliance
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in a structured manner with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, and a hands-on attitude
- Experience in capital markets compliance, data protection, and AML is desirable
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
