Key responsibilities & impact

You analyze and assess damage and defects on used cars based on photos, videos or repair estimates, taking into account our high quality standards, and work closely with our automotive workshops.
As the communicative interface, you coordinate between customers, internal departments and external service providers.
Serve as a technical advisor to your team, using your expertise to support technical questions and actively contribute to the improvement of processes and solutions.
With your solution-oriented approach and technical know-how, you ensure that the Autohero buying experience remains positive for our customers.

What you’ll need

You have experience in the automotive field, for example as a mechatronics technician, bodywork technician or vehicle service advisor.
Ideally, you have some prior experience in customer service and are a strong communicator who enjoys customer contact.
You work in a structured and self-reliant manner and are a team player.
Fluent German and confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are a matter of course for you; English skills are an advantage.
You have a passion for cars and are willing to learn and get up to speed on new topics.
