About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers.
Design and optimize financial products: pricing, interest rates, and partnership models.
Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to launch new customer solutions.
Use data-driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience.
Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Up to 5 years of relevant work experience (car credit and/or private leasing).
Proven track record in car financing and/or leasing product design, pricing, and process implementation.
Completed studies in finance, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable degree programme.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus.
