About the role
- Optimize warranty and services sales offering
- Ensure best-in-class operational performance
- Participate in the development of new services
- Review and improve existing processes and products
- Leverage technology and data to decrease costs and maintain customer satisfaction
- Central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders
- Set up financial targets and planning infrastructure
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in Automotive warranty and/or maintenance contracts management
- Completed studies in business administration, engineering, computer science, finance or a comparable degree programme
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus
