About the role

  • Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers.
  • Design and optimize financial products: pricing, interest rates, and partnership models.
  • Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to launch new customer solutions.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience.
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners.

Requirements

  • Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Up to 5 years of relevant work experience (car credit and/or private leasing) - working for a captive or independent car financing provider, preferably with international scope.
  • Proven track record in car financing and/or leasing product design, pricing, and process implementation.
  • Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale.
  • Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of topics.
  • Completed studies in finance, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable degree programme.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus.
