About the role
- Serve as the voice of the premium used-car platform and support private prospective buyers
- Use negotiation skills to persuade customers and achieve sales results
- Guide the purchase process: from the initial inquiry to a successful closing
- Sell add-on products such as extended warranties and financing, and increase earnings through cross-selling and upselling
Requirements
- Passionate salesperson with strong self-motivation and a drive to meet targets
- Experience in customer support or telesales is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, confident presence, teamwork, and direct customer contact
- Fluent German (spoken and written) — additional language skills are a plus
