About the role
- Own, optimize, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules
- Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve issues
- Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout
- Support implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues
- Experience with system testing and release management
- Background working in global or multi-country environments and strong stakeholder management
- Good understanding of Absence and Time Tracking module touchpoints and dependencies
