About the role

  • Own, optimize, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules
  • Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve issues
  • Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout
  • Support implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues
  • Experience with system testing and release management
  • Background working in global or multi-country environments and strong stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of Absence and Time Tracking module touchpoints and dependencies
