About the role

  • Be the first point of contact and support your customers from order confirmation through vehicle handover
  • Research order status in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks at all times and set priorities within the team
  • Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible

Requirements

  • Initial experience in dialogue marketing / call centers or in retail/private customer support
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and a structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Positive attitude and commitment to achieving self-set goals
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken – English skills are an advantage
  • Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
