About the role
- Be the first point of contact and support your customers from order confirmation through vehicle handover
- Research order status in close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks at all times and set priorities within the team
- Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible
Requirements
- Initial experience in dialogue marketing / call centers or in retail/private customer support
- Enjoy interacting with customers and a structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Positive attitude and commitment to achieving self-set goals
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken – English skills are an advantage
- Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
