About the role
- You are the point of contact for our customers after a vehicle purchase and handle complaints through personal conversations by phone or by email
- Identify and assess damage and defects on used vehicles in line with our quality standards and in collaboration with our automotive technicians
- You act as the communication link between our customers, internal departments and external service providers
- You complete the Autohero buying experience with your solution-oriented approach and by professionally handling customer complaints
Requirements
- You are a strong communicator, service-oriented and enjoy interacting with customers
- A structured, independent and team-oriented working style
- Interest in cars and a willingness to learn — career changers are welcome
- Fluent German and confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
- Previous experience in customer service and/or prior experience in the automotive industry as a mechatronics technician, bodywork technician and/or vehicle service advisor is a plus
