About the role
- Support our private online customers with a strong focus on satisfaction — you ensure excellent customer experiences!
- Handle all questions and concerns from our online customers regarding cancellations and returns/order reversals and create an optimal customer journey
- Act as the interface to the Customer Service team and maintain close collaboration with other departments to guarantee smooth processes.
Requirements
- You enjoy customer contact and work in a reliable, solution-oriented manner
- Experience in telephone-based customer support; automotive knowledge is not required
- Team player with a healthy dose of self-motivation
- Very good German language skills and a confident command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
