About the role
- Create high-impact advertising copy and campaign concepts
- Take ownership of complex, multi-channel copy projects
- Design, test, and refine AI-driven tools (e.g., Custom GPTs)
- Translate campaign objectives into persuasive messaging frameworks
- Leverage existing performance data to identify actionable insights
- Mentor junior writers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on copywriting experience in advertising, digital, CRM, and consumer brand environments
- Exceptional ability to translate strategic and creative briefs into compelling storytelling
- Experience with AI-powered copy/automation tools (e.g., Custom GPTs)
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (other additional European languages are a strong plus)
