About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Knowledge of indirect taxes: (ISS, PIS, COFINS, ICMS and DIFAL, IBS and CBS)
Understand applicable taxation levels and how to calculate them
Know basic tax credit concepts and relate them to the services provided
Understand the differences between taxation processes to ensure tax compliance
Knowledge of tax reporting obligations: (SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI), EFD Contribuições, EFD-Reinf and DCTFWeb)
Prepare, analyze and submit the tax responsibilities mentioned
Verify tax scenarios according to NCM
Calculate indirect taxes and submit the relevant tax filings according to the tax calendar

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical ability and process management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Law
Analytical profile with a problem-solving orientation
Good written and verbal communication to interact with internal and external clients
Organized and able to prioritize requests
Preferred: Specialization in Taxation/Tax Law (MBA, postgraduate)
Knowledge of taxes on imported services and routine tax procedures
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Up to date with changes related to the Tax Reform
