About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the platform’s product design from user research (merchants and end consumers) through information architecture, prototyping, and final UI.
Build, evolve, and maintain the company’s design system to ensure scalability.
Design and optimize complex journeys, including: license-plate lookup, digital inspection/report with a mileage and damage timeline, end-to-end purchase journey, and consent and owner-authorization flows.
Ensure visual and experience consistency across B2B and B2C lines, and deliver high-quality handoffs to the engineering team.
Establish consistent usability testing routines and track product experience metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced proficiency in Figma: strong experience with components, variables, and complex prototypes.
Digital Product Design: experience with transactional products on Web and Mobile platforms, with a focus on data visualization and data-heavy interfaces.
Design Systems: hands-on experience building, evolving, and governing design systems.
UX Research: ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests.
Collaboration with Engineering: strong alignment with development teams, mastering handoff processes, the use of design tokens, and responsive patterns.
