About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to understand product needs, strategy and execution, including development, testing and acceptance of features.
  • Design new products and features for our platforms by conducting user research to validate concepts, reviewing support tickets and operations, building prototypes and defining logic, always aligned with user needs.
  • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to create flows and interfaces, documentation and discovery processes.
  • Understand and validate reported issues and take part in the product design process.
  • Support Product Owners in defining which requirements should be built and what will satisfy customers and stakeholders, jointly setting priorities for requests.
  • Ensure the software quality of the product.
  • Develop a clear product vision and align short- and long-term strategies with the company’s objectives;
  • Coordinate product launches strategically, working with operations, GMUD and Marketing teams.
  • Manage expectations and needs of different stakeholders, including internal teams, clients and executives;
  • Monitor product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement;
  • Specify product requirements and features, working closely with design and development teams to ensure successful delivery;
  • Prioritize product evolutions based on user value and strategic objectives, considering time constraints and delivery capacity;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager for SaaS, E‑commerce and/or Marketplace products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Project Management and/or Product Management
  • Flexible, creative, proactive and adaptable
  • Positive, results-oriented attitude
  • Customer-focused to ensure the quality of solutions throughout the process
  • Experience in customer-oriented digital product work with internal and external teams
  • Product vision: Experience defining and communicating a clear and compelling product vision aligned with the company’s strategic objectives;
  • Product discovery: Experience deeply understanding problems, evaluating new solutions and proposed roadmap innovations with support from data, design and engineering. Proficiency in techniques for exploration and hypothesis validation to define what should be built;
  • Results focus: Ability to identify opportunities based on outcomes and critical insight, recommending adjustments to product strategies or tactics when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, data, marketing and support teams to ensure product success;
  • Influence: Ability to guide and influence decisions within the team, including product management, prioritization and aligning the squad’s work with overall product goals;
  • Knowledge of G Suite;
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Familiarity with tools: Jira, Notion and/or Miro;
  • Knowledge of Kanban and/or Scrum;
