Early Intervention Evaluations Manager
Autism SpeaksManaging evaluations and supervising evaluators for Early Intervention services at Autism Care Partners. Coordinating compliance, training, and communications to enhance service delivery.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and oversee the timely submission of evaluations from the evaluation teams.
- Manage and optimize systems and workflows to uphold compliance and efficiency.
- Lead case conferencing with evaluators to discuss cases, share best practices, and resolve issues.
- Identify training needs and develop targeted training plans for evaluators.
- Engage with service coordinators to remind and inform them of available evaluation teams and services.
- Act as a liaison between evaluators, service coordinators, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures related to EI evaluations.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations and translate changes into actionable practices for the team.
- Meet with leadership weekly to review departmental statistics (throughput, timeliness, accuracy, consent rates, etc.).
Requirements
What you’ll need- NYS Certification in Special Education
- NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities: Birth - 2nd Grade
- NYS LMSW or LCSW
- NYS License in Occupational Therapy
- NYS License in Speech Pathology
- NYS Certification in Mental Health
- Experience with testing and assessments, understanding standard deviations
- Early Intervention experience preferred
