About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations to identify, attract, and develop a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy using various methods including social media and internal talent mining.
  • Understand organizational plans and objectives; partner with hiring managers to discuss recruiting needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates.
  • Facilitate and execute full cycle recruitment and onboarding process up to HR clearance.
  • Stay in touch with candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to achieve staffing goals.
  • Participate in weekly recruiting meetings and provide updates on recruitment activity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
  • Prior sourcing/hunting and full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (required).
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting within a behavioral healthcare environment (preferred).
  • ABA Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with ABA Recruiting experience and/or 1-2 years high volume recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive talent market with a strong focus on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting, and other recruiting strategies.
