About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations to identify, attract, and develop a diverse talent pipeline.
- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment of candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy using various methods including social media and internal talent mining.
- Understand organizational plans and objectives; partner with hiring managers to discuss recruiting needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates.
- Facilitate and execute full cycle recruitment and onboarding process up to HR clearance.
- Stay in touch with candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to achieve staffing goals.
- Participate in weekly recruiting meetings and provide updates on recruitment activity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
- Prior sourcing/hunting and full cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (required).
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting within a behavioral healthcare environment (preferred).
- ABA Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with ABA Recruiting experience and/or 1-2 years high volume recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success in a competitive talent market with a strong focus on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques in social media, direct recruiting, and other recruiting strategies.
