Key responsibilities & impact

Support the operational tasks in the Field for key initiatives and events
Drive daily project operations
Provide vital support and training to community engagement staff
Assist Community Engagement leadership team in achieving revenue goals
Support centralized field operation needs in collaboration with relevant directors and leadership
Provide data management training
Update and maintain organizational community and events calendar
Provide onsite support for events as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of work experience (administrative, peer-to-peer fundraising and/or special events)
Grassroots organizing and volunteer mobilization experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Database knowledge a plus (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and/or Kintera and Luminate preferred)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Superb customer-service skills
