Talent Development – Culture Specialist
Autism Behavior SupportTalent Development & Culture Specialist focusing on employee and leadership development at Mindcolor Autism. Responsibilities include training, performance management, and fostering a positive company culture.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct training needs assessments to identify development opportunities across the organization.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain employee and leadership training programs.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to create comprehensive learning and development initiatives.
- Facilitate virtual trainings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Manage and continuously improve the company's onboarding and orientation experience.
- Lead the organization's biannual performance review process, including timelines, communications, resources, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain tools, resources, and programs that support employee growth and performance.
- Partner with leaders to promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Manage the annual employee engagement survey process, including survey design, administration, analysis, and action planning.
- Develop and oversee the company's stay interview program to identify retention opportunities and employee development needs.
- Analyze employee feedback and recommend strategic initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner with regional leaders and People Operations Business Partners to implement culture-building initiatives across the organization.
- Serve as Co-Chair of the Mindcolor Mosaic Committee, supporting diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience creating and facilitating training programs.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other workplace technology platforms.
