About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify development opportunities across the organization.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain employee and leadership training programs.
  • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to create comprehensive learning and development initiatives.
  • Facilitate virtual trainings, workshops, and professional development sessions.
  • Manage and continuously improve the company's onboarding and orientation experience.
  • Lead the organization's biannual performance review process, including timelines, communications, resources, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain tools, resources, and programs that support employee growth and performance.
  • Partner with leaders to promote a culture of continuous feedback and development.
  • Manage the annual employee engagement survey process, including survey design, administration, analysis, and action planning.
  • Develop and oversee the company's stay interview program to identify retention opportunities and employee development needs.
  • Analyze employee feedback and recommend strategic initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Partner with regional leaders and People Operations Business Partners to implement culture-building initiatives across the organization.
  • Serve as Co-Chair of the Mindcolor Mosaic Committee, supporting diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience creating and facilitating training programs.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other workplace technology platforms.
