Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across clinical and administrative roles, including BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and operations staff
- Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, including passive talent
- Promote Mindcolor’s employer brand to expand recruiting reach
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and internal policies
- Provide cross-functional support to teams including Co-Founders, Prior Authorization, Billing, and Operations
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Escalate concerns to appropriate leadership teams when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience recruiting within the ABA field (BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, or similar roles)
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Basic understanding of AI
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver strong candidate experiences
- Comfortable managing frequent phone communication throughout the day
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
