About the role
- Lead a team of field-based individuals
- Responsible for daily coordination, performance, and professional development of the team
- Conduct regular "ride-alongs" and field visits for coaching
- Monitor team activity and engagement metrics daily using dashboards
- Identify and vet community-based locations for outreach
- Streamline transition of information to internal enrollment systems
- Lead recruitment and training of new team members
- Oversee allocation of outreach materials and travel plans
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in front-line management
- Comfort using technology to drive results
- Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for targets
- Local resident in the same market as the staff you supervise
- Deep respect for the populations served (SMI, SUD, and dementia)
- Thrive in a startup environment with ownership of operations
- Preferred: experience in community health, human services, or non-profit program management
- Preferred: leading teams in a high-growth or startup setting
- Preferred: bilingual skills (English-Spanish or Haitian Creole)
