About the role
- Lead revenue intelligence implementations for customers across the APAC region
- Run discovery sessions to understand CRM structure, sales processes, and revenue workflows
- Configure systems to align with pipeline management, forecasting, and operating rhythms
- Translate CRM data and revenue processes into scalable, high-impact solutions
- Train and coach customer teams to drive adoption and long-term value
- Troubleshoot CRM, data sync, and integration issues across connected systems
- Provide practical guidance beyond rigid, template-driven delivery
- Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve measurable revenue outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience in consulting, onboarding, or implementation-focused roles
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Comfort working with data, integrations, APIs, and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations
- Experience with revenue intelligence or conversational intelligence tools is highly regarded
- Familiarity with sales engagement, forecasting, or RevOps platforms is advantageous
- Clear, confident communicator in client-facing environments
- Practical problem-solver who can adapt solutions to real business constraints
- Customer-focused, with a strong adoption and outcomes mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple engagements
- Curious, thoughtful, and willing to go beyond prescriptive delivery
