About the role

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through launch, optimisation and retirement.
  • Translate strategy and insights into an outcome-based product roadmap; maintain a prioritised backlog.
  • Lead scoping and requirements definition, set clear acceptance criteria and ensure traceability to source.
  • Plan and manage delivery for small to medium initiatives using appropriate methodologies; run iteration planning and reviews.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and prepare business cases, including cost/benefit, impact and risk analyses.
  • Use market research, user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities; run trials/experiments to validate value.
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities, including content, enablement and campaigns; execute product launches.
  • Monitor product performance against targets; report progress, risks and issues; drive continuous improvement.
  • Improve business processes and ways of working; contribute to product management standards, tools and templates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing feedback and issues while ensuring compliance with AP+ policies.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager
  • Knowledge of the payments technology, IT systems and the financial industry
