Requirements
- Senior lawyer with a long-established practice or executive level legally qualified professional
- Strong track record of significant achievement in banking and finance
- Knowledge involving the Banking Code (ABA, COBA, AFIA), contract law, insolvency and securities
- Consultative approach with the ability to distill complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Resilience in handling criticism from consumers and financial firms
