Accounting Manager

• Execute the full process of receiving, reviewing, and recording vendor payments requests (invoices and advances)
• Review and record expense reports for work teams linked to international projects
• Perform account reconciliations of vendor advances, accounts payable, tax withholdings and VAT
• Reconciliation of tax books vs Accounting, prepare sales invoices in tax platform
• Ensure adequate recording in the accounting system of all actual transactions associated with each project or contract
• Manage the flow of entries in advance billing and deferred revenue accounts
• Analyze the actual results of services against the defined budget and identify variances
• Actively contribute to monthly accounting and administrative closing activities

Accounting Analyst
