Supply Chain

• Identify, make arrangements with and coordinate payment for meeting venues (classrooms, boardrooms, etc).
• Identify restaurants and spaces for various meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, reception) and coordinate said meals.
• Identify vet (following Austral Group protocols) and make necessary arrangements with local transportation company for group transfers.
• Suggest cultural activity for group and coordinate details.
• Identify and coordinate participant gifts & care packages.
• Gather information on local COVID protocols, both government-mandated and provider-required.
• Coordinate on ground practical details for events organized by Austral Group for every visiting group.
• Keep strict budget control, being resourceful in providers, keeping in mind quality and Austral Standards.
