Field Sales Representative
Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA)Field Sales Representative managing accounts to support Staccato's commercial sales business. Collaborating with buyers and reporting to Field Operations Director while attending trade shows.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Staccato commercial sales business by maintaining and developing our current commercial business
- Working directly with the Field Operations Director, manage accounts to grow the Staccato brand
- Work with buyers at accounts to help grow the Staccato brand
- Manage pricing updates, educate buyers on product, vendor agreements, new product launches, and returned product
- Support commercial trade shows and attend events hosted by accounts
- Set up customer appointments to discuss Staccato business
- Use CRM tool to manage accounts and report to Field Operations Director and EVP of Sales
- Monthly reporting on all accounts
- Maintain working knowledge of Staccato products, competitors, and customer base
- Build out a budget for specific accounts
- Provide assistance where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years Outside Sales experience
- Must live in the geographical location of the position or be willing to relocate - Florida
- Effectively and safely operate a variety of firearms
- Strong knowledge of firearms
- Client and Account Management- Manage overall client relationship
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Working knowledge of CRM Tool
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Sales knowledge of Business to Business sales
- Dependable and reliable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated and a team player
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Travel is required: 4 days/week in front of Dealers
- Solving problems and using critical thinking
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of Staccato products and usage
