About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act in the first stage of our sales cycle. You will be responsible for contacting leads in the software trial in a strategic and investigative manner via multichannel communication;
  • Using Inbound Sales techniques and methodologies (such as SPIN SELLING and BANT), you will assess whether leads fit the profile and meet the necessary triggers to advance in the buying process. You will thus route qualified and engaged leads to the Sales team or discard leads that are a bad fit;
  • The entire team works to keep leads engaged throughout the trial period. For this, you should focus on delivering product value in interactions, answering questions via chat, phone, or WhatsApp;
  • You must conduct investigative conversations and rebut objections that could prevent potential leads from moving forward with a purchase;
  • You must keep your activities organized and maintain our CRM according to our Qualification Flow and Cadence;
  • Work as part of a team, studying, proposing improvements and monitoring individual and team KPIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, International Relations, Commercial Management, Law, or related fields;
  • Experience in pre-sales (BDR or SDR);
  • Experience in inbound or outbound pre-sales;
  • Experience in a technology company;
  • Experience qualifying leads via multichannel communication;
  • Knowledge of the SPIN Selling methodology;
  • Ability to conduct investigative conversations;
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activities;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good organization, time management, and task prioritization.
  • **It is a plus if you have:**
  • Experience in SaaS companies;
  • Experience in LawTech/LegalTech;
  • Familiarity with legal department routines or being an attorney;
  • Previous experience in Inbound B2C operations;
