Develop the creative concept for marketing campaigns aligned with the brand purpose and business objectives (awareness, lead generation, etc.).
Translate research and planning insights into creative and innovative executions.
Structure and present ideas clearly and convincingly, defending the creative rationale behind proposals.
Plan, together with the team, content developments and editorial calendars derived from main campaigns for multiple channels.
Write persuasive copy for different formats and objectives, such as landing pages, online and offline media ads, emails and engagement flows.
Create scripts for videos.
Develop user-focused text for Aurum’s website (UX Writing).
Act as the guardian of Aurum’s brand tone of voice and of the Astrea and Themis products, ensuring consistency across brand, product and initiative fronts (events, portal, etc.).
Conceptually and textually review materials produced by other areas.
Ensure campaign alignment with the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams, facilitating integrated communication and execution.
Actively participate in the production stage of assets and campaigns, ensuring fidelity to the original idea.
Use creativity and data analysis to support decision-making and optimize the performance of assets and content.
Monitor success metrics for deliveries, such as trial sign-ups, CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rates and brand positioning.
Requirements
To apply for this selection, our expectation is that you have:
A degree in Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Languages or related fields.
Previous experience in the role of Copywriter or advertising writing.
A portfolio with projects that demonstrate your versatility in writing for different channels.
Mastery of copywriting, storytelling and writing for digital environments. Ability to adapt a creative concept into different text formats.
Ability to turn briefs and strategies into creative concepts and texts.
Ability not only to create but also to defend the creative rationale behind ideas. Experience maintaining and applying a brand’s tone of voice consistently.
Good communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
An analytical profile, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics (CTR, conversion) and use data to optimize copy.
